Thank you for shopping with MyCrownHairExtensions. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4–7 business days sometimes sooner than this. (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because our wigs and raw bundles are specially prepared and packaged after your order is placed, we first receive the product from our supplier before shipping it to you. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to receive your item, after which your order will be packaged and shipped the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery time begins after your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.
