At MyCrownHairExtensions, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our wigs and raw hair bundles, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details, quantities, and shipping information.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
